Crafty Secrets: Design Team Vintage Postcard Challenge
Crafty Secrets girls are doing another challenge today. We have taken the vintage postcard kits to the next level. I chose to create a cute little Halloween candle holder. To create this candle holder I took the Heidi swap clear frames and used the bind it all to punch the holes. I used the gold lamay ribbon and threaded it through the holes. The vintage postcards images the postcard chips made the cutest outside decorations. On the inside I added one of the postcards decorated on the inside to add visual interest when looking inside the holder. I used the stamps included for the background on this chip and also for the cute Halloween greeting.
I just love how cute this turned out.
Each side has a different image accept one side has a huge flower.
Here is a picture of the cute inside postcard decorated using cut out images from one of the other papers and the postcard stamps for the greeting. I love how the vintage cuts are perfect for cutting out and adding to the blank chips. I colored all the postcards with
the spiced marmalade distress ink.
Make sure to visit all of the other talented girls blogs as each girl will have beautiful eye candy and tons of inspiration to share with you on this happy Monday.
